Led by frontman Jamie xx, indie sensations The xx released this demo entitled “Open Eyes”, which they recorded while working on their upcoming album. If you’re into chill laid-back music, it doesn’t get much more perfect than this. Enjoy!
Everyone’s favorite producer Brenton Duvall finally drops off a new remix. It’s only been a month or so since his last release, but when speaking about the hottest DJ of the year, a month is like a year. We don’t know much about Kicky Blitz but who cares. Just kidding. Kind of. Follow Brenton on Twitter though, his tweets are among the best.
How about that picture? Probably one of the coolest I’ve ever used for a post. Anyways, the ambient-surf phenom known as Millionyoung lets a remix collection go via his Twitter today. Millionyoung hails from Florida but his music sounds like it would place well in any tropical setting. The first volume of remixes consists of his own songs remixed by others, as well as Millionyoung remixing some of his favorite artists. Being a huge fan since the Day We Met, I just hope you guys can appreciate how rare it is for a musician to create moods like those in a Millionyoung song.
Memoryhouse – To The Light House (Millionyoung Remix)
Millionyoung – Easy Now (Brothertiger Remix)

I’ve never wanted a free download of a song more than German producer Tensnake’s latest edit of ‘Everything In I Right Place.’
I’m sorry it’s not available yet. I will search everyday though because this remix is unreal. Listen below AND download now!
“My mama complaining about the indo…I blow it out though.”
I’ve always been torn between my love for hip-hop music and my love for indie music. But one thing is for sure, I always love when artists combine the two. Earlier this year, the 50’s style indie band Cults stated that they’d be doing a re-mixtape of their older songs by adding in emerging rap artists. Sounds crazy right? Well they certainly started things off with a banger by getting a sick feature by gangster rapper Freddie Gibbs.
So I’ve been following The Astronauts on Twitter for a while now and I have to say that I just flat out want to be these guys. Everyday they’re in the clouds or playing Nintendo or in the studio creating madness like this new track. And from what I understand, these past few instrumentals have been experimentations for the Philly producing duo. They’re definitely onto something with this latest ‘experiment’ so check it out. Download coming soon maybe possibly hopefully.

Clams Casino is the hottest producer in the game right now. Not only is he featured heavily on Mac Miller’s new album Blue Slide Park, but he just released this remix of a Washed Out song that was released only yesterday. You gotta love the chillwave sound he brings, it’s phenomenal.
Today’s Throwback Thursday was actually inspired by Blackbird Blackbird’s new song ‘Tear.’ The similar sounds between Blackbird Blackbird and MillionYoung are undeniable, which is probably why I’m surprised I’ve never listened to the San Francisco native before. With this being the first single of his upcoming album Boracay Planet, we are definitely looking forward to more new music from this talented artist. How about you?
Incredible new mash-up from producer Emynd, who combines a mellow beat from M83 with the hard lyrics from Rick Ross and Weezy’s collaboration track ‘John.’ The result is a perfect medium between the two that everyone needs to hear.
With Lana Del Rey being the internet sensation that she is we’re sorry for not posting one of her songs earlier. To tell you the truth we were just waiting for the right remix. Well here it is by Odd Future members Syd & Matt Martian, who give her amazing vocals an off-pitch backdrop. This song will suck you in so we’re truly very sorry that it is only up for streaming.
